摘要
随着全球对气候变化问题的日益关注,二氧化碳捕集、利用与封存(Carbon Capture,Utilization and Storage, CCUS)技术逐渐成为推动低碳转型的重要工具。本文系统综述了CCUS项目投资评价的主要方法,包括净现值法、学习曲线模型、实物期权法、生命周期评价及综合评价法。通过对这些方法的应用特点及演变过程进行梳理与比较,揭示了各方法在不同情境中的适用性及其局限性,特别是在应对技术进步、不确定性和政策变化方面的能力。此外,本文探讨了投资评价方法从单一财务指标向多维度综合评估转变的趋势,指出未来CCUS投资评价研究在智能化评价模型、区块链技术应用及多标准综合评价框架方面的潜在发展方向。
With the increasing global attention to climate change,carbon dioxide capture,utilization and storage(CCUS)technology has gradually become an important tool to promote low-carbon transformation.This paper systematically reviews the main methods for CCUS project investment evaluation,including net present value method,learning curve model,real option method,life cycle assessment and comprehensive evaluation method.By sorting out and comparing the application characteristics and evolution process of these methods,the applicability and limitations of each method in different scenarios are revealed,especially in terms of the ability to cope with technological progress,uncertainty and policy changes.In addition,this paper explores the trend of investment evaluation methods from single financial indicators to multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation,and points out the potential development direction of future CCUS investment evaluation research in intelligent evaluation models,blockchain technology applications and multi-standard comprehensive evaluation frameworks.
