摘要
在建筑工程管理阶段中,为解决施工材料、机械设备等方面引起的工程质量问题,提升建设工程施工进度与施工效果。本文以建筑施工管理影响原则开展研究,基于建筑施工管理的影响要素,提出施工材料管理、施工机械设备管理、施工人员管理等多种控制策略。通过设施提出的管理方式,使得建筑工程施工进度与质量各方面均得到控制,能为建筑项目稳定开展奠定基础。
During the construction management phase of building projects,to address engineering quality issues caused by construction materials,machinery,and equipment,and to enhance construction progress and effectiveness,this paper conducts research based on the principles influencing construction management.It proposes various control strategies,including management of construction materials,machinery and equipment,and personnel.By implementing the proposed management methods,control over construction progress and quality can be achieved,laying a solid foundation for the stable development of construction projects.
