品牌故事研究的演化路径和发展趋势——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

摘要 社交媒体时代,企业的营销手段已经不仅仅局限于广告、海报、宣传片等传统方式,基于互联网的快速传播特性,大量企业开始借助创立品牌故事进行营销宣传活动,相应地,学术界和理论界对于品牌故事营销的关注和讨论也日益增加。然而,目前理论界针对品牌故事的相关研究有所欠缺,综述类文章还有所匮乏,本文借助文献计量软件CiteSpace对Web of Science核心数据库中品牌故事领域的高质量期刊进行可视化分析,绘制得到该领域研究热点的聚类图谱和热点词汇演进图谱,针对关键词共现图谱、突现图谱、时间线图谱等进行数据解读。本文系统性展示分析了品牌故事领域的研究现状、演进趋势、热点研究和前景展望,以期为该领域的未来发展提供一定的借鉴意义。 Based on the rapid development of Internet,more and more enterprises begin to carry out a series of marketing activities by creating their own brand stories.At present,research and review articles on brand story are not enough in the theoretical circle.With CiteSpace,this paper analyzes high-quality journals in the field of brand story in Web of Science to systematically show its research status,evolution trend,hot research fields and prospect of brand story in order to provide some reference for the future development.
