基于注浆修复的浅埋暗挖隧道结构空洞治理

摘要 暗挖隧道施工时,由于环境、人为等因素,衬砌结构时常出现空洞。现阶段,针对隧道结构空洞缺陷的治理,采取的工艺及方法大多类似,但仍有不同之处。本文以根治病害为原则,针对衬砌结构背后的空洞,提出背后注浆+空洞灌浆的治理措施。施工结束后,获得了良好的治理效果,保证了隧道的安全运营。同时,总结出运营期城市轨道交通隧道结构空洞修复的施工方案,以供类似工程参考。 During the construction of underground excavation tunnels,due to environmental and human factors,the lining structure often has voids.At present,most of the processes and methods adopted to treat voids in tunnel structures are similar,but there are still some differences.Based on the principle of treating the root of the disease,this paper proposes the treatment measures of behind-the-back grouting+void grouting for the voids behind the lining structure.After the construction,a good treatment effect was obtained,ensuring the safe operation of the tunnel.At the same time,a construction scheme for the repair of voids in the structure of urban rail transit tunnels during operation is summarised for reference in similar projects.
