摘要
为了自动检测高压配电柜内部的电气设备是否存在异常,如过热、短路、接触不良等问题,提高电力系统的可靠性和稳定性,提出一种基于智能机器人的高压配电柜红外图像自动检测方法。采用投影矩阵和单视觉测量法明确待检测目标与机器人搭载红外传感器的水平间距,根据水平间距与张正友标定法进行机器人视觉自动标定。结合视觉自动标定和HSV3分量重构法确定高压配电柜红外图像自动检测内部零件状态,利用理想状态偏离度实现检测区域调整。在调整后的检测区域中计算图像特征点对应的区域熵,根据仿射变换函数展开特征点匹配,结合图像自动检测函数实现高压配电柜红外图像自动检测。实验结果表明:该方法的高压配电柜红外图像自动检测效果好、精度高、自动检测结果可靠。
To automatically detect any abnormalities in the electrical equipment inside the high-voltage distribution cabinet,such as overheating,short circuit,poor contact,etc.,and improve the reliability and stability of the power system,an intelligent robot based infrared image automatic detection method for high-voltage distribution cabinets is proposed.The projection matrix and single vision measurement method are used to determine the horizontal distance between the target to be detected and the infrared sensor installed on the robot.The robot vision is automatically calibrated based on the horizontal distance and Zhang Zhengyou calibration method.Visual automatic calibration and HSV3 component reconstruction method are conbined to determine the status of internal parts in high-voltage distribution cabinet infrared image detection,and a ideal state deviation degree is set to achieve detection area adjustment.The image feature ponts are calcuated corresponding to region entropy in the adjusted detection area,feature point matching is conducted based on affine transformation function,and by combination with image detection function,automatic infrared image detection of high-voltage distribution cabinet is achieved.The experimental results show that the proposed method has favourable infrared image automatic detection effect of the high-voltage distribution cabinet with high accuracy and reliable automatic detection results.
