摘要
在全球能源转型与可持续发展的大背景下,我国新能源产业发展迅速,对缓解能源供需矛盾、推动经济绿色转型意义重大,然而制度层面的问题制约着新能源产业的进一步发展。本文深入剖析我国新能源发展中的制度创新问题,结合当下政策发展趋势,提出针对性的制度创新策略,旨在为新能源产业的高质量发展提供制度支撑,为构建高效、可持续的新能源治理体系提供实践参考。
In the context of global energy transition and sustainable development,new energy industry in China is developing rapidly,which is of great significance in easing the contradiction between energy supply and demand and promoting the green transformation of the economy.However,the problems at the institutional level constrain the further development of new energy industry.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the institutional innovation problems of new energy development in China,combines the current policy development trend,and puts forward targeted institutional innovation strategies,aiming to provide institutional support for the high-quality development of new energy industry,and to provide practical references for the construction of an efficient and sustainable new energy governance system.
