摘要
随着煤矿开采深度增加,复杂地质条件对巷道掘进支护提出更高要求,传统支护技术存在强度不足、抗变形能力弱等问题。通过高强度锚杆与网架系统、智能化实时监控及锚杆-网-梁-棚复合支护技术,显著提升支护效能。应用复合体系后顶板下沉量降至0.3 m,两帮移近量从1.2 m控制至0.5 m,底鼓量减少至0.6 m;钢管混凝土支架支护段最大移近量稳定在80~150 mm,锚杆与锚索承载力分别提升至350 kN和850 kN。智能化系统实现支护参数动态调整,安全预警响应时间缩短至5 s内。该体系通过协同承载机制与结构优化,为深部高应力巷道提供兼具高强度与抗冲击性的技术方案。
With the increase of coal mining depth,complex geological conditions require roadway excavation support to meet higher re-quirements.And the traditional support technology has some problems,such as insufficient strength and weak anti-deformation ability.The support efficiency is significantly improved through high strength bolt and grid system,intelligent real-time monitoring and bolt-network-beam-shed compos-ite support technology.After the composite system,the roof subsidence is reduced to 0.3 m,the displacement of two gangs is controlled from 1.2 m to 0.5 m,and the bottom drum is reduced to 0.6 m.The maximum displacement of the support is stabilized at 80~150 mm,and the bearing capacity of anchor and cable is increased to 350 kN and 850 kN respectively.The intelligent system realizes the dynamic adjustment of support parameters,and the safety warning response time is shortened to 5 s.Through the cooperative bearing mechanism and structure optimization,this system provides a technical scheme with both high strength and impact resistance for the deep high stress roadway.
