基于Modbus协议的蝴蝶兰环境温湿度监测系统设计

摘要 为解决冬季蝴蝶兰遇到的家庭养护问题,结合工业5.0的高度个性化定制、弹性和适应性的需求,设计了一套专为解决蝴蝶兰养护问题的温湿度监测系统。此系统以STM32作为下位机的控制核心,利用高精度温湿度传感器HDC1080,实现温度和湿度的数据监测。基于Visual Studio软件使用C^(#)语言构建Windows.NET作为上位机窗口。下位机与上位机之间选用Modbus协议,实现温度和湿度数据的实时传输。 In order to solve the problem of family maintenance of Phalaenopsis in winter,combined with the needs of highly personalized customization,flexibility and adaptability of Industry 5.0,a set of temperature and humidity monitoring system was designed to solve the problem of phalanthi orchid maintenance.In the system,STM32 was used as the control core of the lower computer,and high-precision temperature and humidity sensor HDC1080 was adopted to realize the data monitoring of temperature and humidity.Based on Visual Studio software,Windows.NET was constructed as the upper computer window by using C#language.Modbus protocol was used between the lower computer and the upper computer to realize the transmission of temperature and humidity data.
