摘要
本文主要对煤矿使用的多参数气体测定器的甲烷、一氧化碳、氧气、硫化氢气体分别进行校准探究,确保校准结果的可靠性,保证计量结果的有效性校准的依据主要是四种气体的检定规程,参考气体规程的方法进行校准。试验用的设备是河南卓安电子科技有限公司生产的CD4型矿用多参数气体测定器,该测定器由矿井人员随身携带,测定器的可靠性及稳定性可以更好地保护矿井人员在矿下的安全,根据测定器在矿下的实际应用场景,进行四种气体同时通入的探究,更加符合场景实际使用,可为未来多场景的使用提供建议。
This paper conducts calibration and research on the results of multi-parameter gas detectors used in coal mines for methane,carbon monoxide,oxygen and hydrogen sulfide gases,to ensure the reliability of the calibration results and the validity of the measurement results.The calibration is mainly based on the verification regulations of the four gases,and the calibration is carried out in accordance with the methods in the gas regulations.The equipment used in the test is the CD4 Multi-parameter Gas Detector produced by Henan Zhuoan Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.This detector is carried by the personnel in the mine,and its reliability and stability can better protect the safety of the personnel in the mine.According to the actual application scenarios of the detector in the mine,the experiment of the simultaneous introduction of the four gases has been carried out,which is more in line with the actual use and can provide suggestions for future multi-scenario use.
