摘要
煤炭检测中通过采样单元煤样质量得到整体品质有加权和配比2种方法,不同检测项目适用不同方法,配比方法主要应用于坩埚膨胀序数、灰熔融性、哈德格罗夫可磨性指数、黏结指数以及胶质层指数5种实验。由于实验要求的粒度及试验条件不同,配比时粒度要求不同,根据相关标准对5种实验配比粒度进行验证,以粒度为13 mm试样配比结果作为参考值,分别比对粒度为0.2、3、6 mm试样配比结果,以确定不同实验配比时的适合粒度。
In coal detection,the overall quality obtained by the quality of coal samples in the sampling unit has two methods:weighting and matching.Different detection items are suitable for different methods.The matching method is mainly applied to crucible expansion sequence,ash melting,Hardgrove grindability index,bond index and colloid layer index 5 experiments.Due to the different particle size and test conditions required by the experiment,the particle size requirements are different when the ratio is different.According to the relevant standards,the particle size of the five experimental ratios is verified.The ratio result of the sample with a particle size of 13 mm is used as the reference value,and the ratio results of the samples with a particle size of 0.2,3 and 6 mm are compared respectively to determine the suitable particle size at different experimental ratios.
