摘要
以蓝藻脱水藻泥为研究对象进行芬顿调理深度脱水试验,测定其水分变化,并对比分析文献中市政消化污泥、餐厨消化污泥、市政污泥3种典型废弃污泥的试验数据。结果显示,芬顿调理能显著降低4种废弃污泥深度脱水泥饼含水率,在掺量约为3mmol/g(n(Fe^(2+))/m(绝干污泥))时,脱水后泥饼含水率达50%~60%,脱水率和结合水转化率最高;芬顿调理对蓝藻藻泥中结合水的释放效果最为突出;初始有机质含量与结合水转化率、脱水率存在正相关。芬顿调理可有效提升蓝藻废弃污泥的深度脱水效率,其机制为将蓝藻有机质中的结合水转化为了自由水实际处理时应根据污泥特性选择调理策略。研究可为高含水废弃生物污泥深度脱水技术提供理论支撑。
The Fenton conditioning deep dewatering test was conducted on blue-green algae dehydrated sludge as the research object to determine its moisture changes.The test data of three typical waste slududes,namely municipal digested sludge,kitchen digested sludge,municipal sludge and blue-green algae sludge,were compared and analyzed in the literature.The results show that Fenton conditioning can significantly reduce the moisture content of the deeply dewatered sludge cakes of the four types of waste sludge.When the dosage is approximately 3 mmol/g(n(Fe^(2+))/m(sludge)),the moisture content of the sludge cake reaches 50%~60%,and the dewatering rate and bound water conversion rate are the best.The release effect of bound water in cyanobacteria algal mud is the most prominent.The initial organic matter content is correlated with the bound water conversion rate and dehydration rate.In conclusion,Fenton conditioning can effectively enhance the deep dewatering efficiency of waste sludge from blue-green algae.The mechanism involves converting the bound water in the organic matter of blue-green algae into free water.In actual treatment,the conditioning strategy should be selected based on the characteristics of the sludge.The research can provide technical and theoretical support for the deep dewatering of high-moisture waste biological sludge.
