摘要
文章以空心玻璃微球为原料,研究了空心玻璃微球添加量对涤纶水刺非织造布物理性能、拒水性能的影响,并将样品制成蜂巢帘测试了其遮阳性能。结果表明,空心玻璃微球的添加可以提高材料的纵向断裂强力和抗弯刚度,当其添加量为10%时,涤纶水刺非织造布的纵向断裂强力提高20%,纵向抗弯刚度提高237.6%,横向抗弯刚度提高300%,单层材料及蜂巢帘的遮阳效果随着空心玻璃微球的添加量增加而逐渐增强,且蜂巢帘的遮阳效果更佳。
Taking hollow glass microspheres as raw materials,the paper studied the influence of the additional amount of hollow glass microspheres on the physical properties and water repellency of polyester spunlaced nonwovens.The samples were made into honeycomb blinds to test their shading performance.The results show that adding hollow glass microspheres can improve the material’s longitudinal breaking strength and flex stiffness.When the additional amount of hollow glass microspheres is 10%,the longitudinal breaking strength of polyester spunlaced nonwovens is increased by 20%;the longitudinal flex stiffness surged by 237.6%,and the transverse flex stiffness ballooned by 300%.The shading effect of single-layer material and honeycomb blinds is gradually enhanced with the increase of the hollow glass microspheres,and the shading effect of honeycomb blinds is better.
