饲粮中添加黄芪党参厚朴粗提物对灵山香鸡生长性能、肉品质、抗氧化指标和肠道形态的影响

Effects of dietary supplementation with Astragalus-Codonopsis-Magnolia crude extract on growth performance,meat quality,antioxidant indices,and intestinal morphology of Lingshan native chickens

摘要 试验旨在研究黄芪党参厚朴粗提物对广西灵山香鸡生长性能、肉品质、抗氧化指标和肠道形态的影响。选取540只78日龄、健康状况良好且体重相近的灵山香鸡,随机分成3组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只鸡。对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,黄芪党参厚朴试验组(PCE组)在基础饲粮基础上额外添加5 g/kg的黄芪党参厚朴粗提物;抗生素组(ANT组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验过程中使用信舒康(磺胺氯吡嗪呐)、肝肾康、恩诺沙星+克立优。预试期4 d,正式试验期38 d。结果显示:PCE组末重显著高于CON组(P<0.05),平均日采食量显著高于ANT组(P<0.05)。与CON组相比,PCE组胸肌黄度极显著降低(P<0.01),PCE组、ANT组腿肌系水力极显著提升(P<0.01),PCE组腿肌红度显著提升(P<0.05)。与CON组比,PCE组和ANT组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著升高(P<0.05),PCE组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。PCE组较CON组十二指肠肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度及空肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度显著增加(P<0.05),空肠绒隐比较CON组、ANT组极显著增加(P<0.01),回肠绒毛高度显著增加(P<0.05),回肠绒隐比显著下降(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加5 g/kg黄芪党参厚朴粗提物对灵山香鸡生长性能、肉品质、抗氧化指标和肠道形态具有不同程度的改善作用,且与抗生素的应用效果相当。 This study aimed to investigate the effects of Astragalus-Codonopsis-Magnolia crude extract on the growth performance,meat quality,antioxidant indices,and intestinal morphology in Lingshan native chickens.A total of 540 healthy 78-day-old Lingshan native chickens with similar body weights were randomly divided into three groups,each containing six replicates in each group and 30 chickens in each replicate.The control group(CON group)was fed a basal diet,the Astragalus-Codonopsis-Magnolia crude extract group(PCE group)received the basal diet supplemented with 5 g/kg of Astragalus-Codonopsis-Magnolia crude extract,and the antibiotic group(ANT group)was fed the basal diet along with Xinshukang(sulfachloropyrazine sodium),Ganshenkang,and enrofloxacin+Keliyou during the trial.The pretest period was four days and the formal test period was 38 days.Results showed that the final body weight of the PCE group was significantly higher than that of the CON group(P<0.05),and the average daily feed intake of the PCE group was significantly higher than that of the ANT group(P<0.05).Compared with the CON group,the yellowness of the breast muscles in the PCE group was extremely decreased(P<0.01),the hydrology of the leg muscle system in the PCE group and the ANT group was extremely increased(P<0.01),and the redness of the leg muscles in the PCE group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)were significantly higher in the PCE and ANT groups compared to the CON group(P<0.05),and serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly reduced in the PCE group(P<0.05).Compared to the CON group,the PCE group showed significant increases in duodenal villus height and crypt depth,as well as jejunal villus height and crypt depth(P<0.05).The jejunal villus-to-crypt ratio demonstrated a highly significant increase compared to both the CON and ANT groups(P<0.01).The ileal villus height was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the ileal villus-to-crypt ratio showed a significant decrease(P<0.05).The study indicates that dietary supplementation with 5 g/kg Astragalus-Codonopsis-Magnolia crude extract improves growth performance,meat quality,antioxidant capacity,and intestinal morphology in Lingshan native chickens,with effects comparable to antibiotic treatment.
