摘要
主动健康模式下提高身体活动已成为运动促进健康的主要策略,在数字健康技术全面展开,以及全球公众身体活动达标率普遍偏低、慢性病发病率持续攀升的多重背景下,科技创新在运动与健康研究领域助力用户开展自我运动管理与健康管理、促使运动转化为行为习惯、破除久坐行为模式等方面发挥着关键作用。立足科技创新赋能提升个体身体活动与健康的研究基础,聚焦智能移动设备针对不同人群身体活动及健康的干预策略与实施效果,同时分析水凝胶基质材料柔性传感器及人工智能平台在运动健康领域的研究进展,旨在对该领域科技创新研究进行客观全面的评价,为全民健身事业发展提供理论参考与实践启示。
With the development of emerging technologies such as intelligent devices and artificial intelligence,it is imperative that use technological innovations to control the emerging trend of chronic diseases toward young persons and decrease the number of the people with chronic diseases in the field of exercise and health research.Increasing physical activity under the"active health"model has become the main strategy for promoting health.In this paper,we mainly analysis the intervention methods and effects of smart mobile devices on physical activity and health among different people.Meanwhile,we also focus on the research progress of hydrogel-based flexible sensors and artificial intelligence platform in the area of exercise and health research.Based on those analysis,we try to conduct objective thinking and carry out scientific evaluation on technological innovation in this field in order to provide beneficial guidance and thinking for national fitness.
