乡村振兴背景下苏州乡村学校体育高质量发展面临的困境与突破路径

摘要本文采用文献资料法、实地考察法、逻辑分析法以及专家访谈法,对乡村振兴背景下苏州乡村学校体育高质量发展的价值、面临的困境及相应对策展开了深入分析。研究结果显示,在乡村振兴的时代背景下,苏州乡村学校体育具有多方面的现实价值:乡村振兴背景下苏州乡村学校体育具有增强乡村学生体质,打造健康的人力资源库;促进教育资源均衡,实现乡村振兴教育公平;培育乡村特色文化,加强乡村社区的凝聚力;推动社会经济发展,激活乡村青年创新潜力的现实价值。当前,苏州乡村学校体育在迈向高质量发展的进程中,仍面临诸多困境。具体表现为:场地设施落后,制约乡村体育教育发展;资源分配不均,专业体育教师人才短缺;文化偏见显著,阻碍体育教育广泛推广;信息获取不足,制约体育课程的现代化。针对上述问题,研究提出了以下对策:增加多渠道资金筹备,改善乡村体育基础设施;强化教师专业化培训,提升乡村体育教学质量;加大文化多角度宣传,增强乡村体育教育认知;整合跨学科课程设计,促进乡村体育均衡发展。 this article employs literature reviews,field investigations,logical analysis,and expert interviews to analyze the value,challenges,and countermeasures for high-quality development of rural school physical education in suzhou under the rural revitalization strategy.research indicates that rural school physical education in suzhou holds multifaceted practical significance in this context:enhancing rural students’physical fitness to create a healthy human resource pool;promoting balanced educational resources and achieving equity in rural revitalization education;cultivating rural cultural characteristics and strengthening community cohesion;driving socio-economic development and activating rural youth innovation potential.currently,however,the pursuit of high-quality development encounters obstacles such as outdated facilities hindering rural physical education progress;uneven resource allocation and shortages of professional physical education teachers;significant cultural biases impeding the widespread promotion of physical education;and limited access to information restricting the modernization of physical education curricula.to address these issues,the article proposes the following strategies:securing multi-channel funding to improve rural sports infrastructure;strengthening specialized teacher training to elevate rural physical education quality;increasing multi-angled cultural advocacy to enhance awareness of rural physical education;and integrating interdisciplinary curriculum designs to foster balanced rural sports development.
