摘要
全面综述了大颗粒硫酸铵结晶工艺及装备技术的研究进展。首先详细阐述了结晶过程中的关键影响因素研究情况,如过饱和度、温度、pH值、杂质等对晶体粒度和质量的影响;然后介绍了传统硫酸铵蒸发结晶技术和大颗粒硫酸铵结晶技术进展,并对各工艺的特点、影响因素及结晶装备进行了分析比较;最后,对大颗粒硫酸铵结晶工艺及装备技术的发展趋势进行了展望。文章可为大颗粒硫酸铵结晶研究和生产提供参考。
This article provides a comprehensive overview of the research progress on the crystallization process and equipment technology of large particle ammonium sulfate.Firstly,the research on key influencing factors in the crystallization process,such as supersaturation,temperature,pH value,impurities,etc.,was elaborated in detail;Then This article introduces the progress of traditional ammonium sulfate evaporation crystallization technology and large particle ammonium sulfate crystallization technology,and analyzes and compares the characteristics,influencing factors,and crystallization equipment of each process;Finally,the development trend of large particle ammonium sulfate crystallization process and equipment technology was discussed,providing reference for the research and production of large particle ammonium sulfate crystallization.
