电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定食品接触日用陶瓷制品中的金属元素迁移量

摘要 本文建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时检测食品接触日用陶瓷制品中22种金属元素迁移量的分析方法。采用4%乙酸作为食品模拟物,用灌装法注入,进行3次迁移实验,取第3次样品进行测定。各元素的线性回归方程相关系数均大于0.999,精密度相对标准偏差均≤5%,加标回收率为91%~102%。该方法快捷可靠,灵敏度高,可广泛应用于陶瓷制品中金属迁移量的快速检测。 An analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 22 metal element migrations in food contact ceramic products by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was developed.4%acetic acid was used as food simulant and injected by filling method.Three migration experiments were carried out,and the third sample was taken for determination.The correlation coefficients of the linear regression equations were greater than 0.999,the relative standard deviation of precision was all≤5%,and the recoveries ranged from 91%to 102%.The method is fast,reliable and sensitive,and can be widely used in the rapid detection of metal migration in ceramic products.
