摘要
目的建立神解散的指纹图谱,考察饮片-浸膏-颗粒间的量质传递规律。方法建立神解散的HPLC指纹图谱,采用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件(2012年版)”结合层次聚类分析、主成分分析与正交偏最小二乘法-判别分析筛选质量差异标志物;测定其指纹图谱相似度、指标性成分的含量及转移率。结果神解散浸膏和颗粒指纹图谱的相似度均大于0.90,共标定了12个共有峰,3模式分类明确,差异源于黄芩、黄连、黄柏;其中,黄芩苷在饮片-浸膏-颗粒的转移率均大于80%,巴马汀和盐酸小檗碱的转移率均大于60%。结论研究了神解散饮片-浸膏-颗粒的量质传递规律,为神解散的开发利用提供了参考。
OBJECTIVE To establish the fingerprint of Shenjiesan,and to investigate the mass transfer law among decoction pieces-extract-granules.METHODS The HPLC fingerprint of Shenjiesan was established,and"Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation Software(2012)"combined with hierarchical cluster analyzesis,principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis were used to analyze and screen the quality difference markers.The fingerprint similarity,index component content and transfer rate were determined.RESULTS The similarity of the fingerprints of the extract and granules was greater than 0.90,and 12 common peaks were calibrated.The 3 modes were clearly classified,and the differences were derived from Scutellaria baicalensis,Coptis chinensis and Phellodendron amurense.Among them,the transfer rate of baicalin in decoction pieces-extracts-granules was greater than 80%,and the transfer rate of palmatine and berberine hydrochloride was greater than 60%.CONCLUSION The mass transfer law ofdecoction pieces-extract-particles of Shenjiesan shall provide a reference for the development and utilization of Shenjiesan.
