摘要
当系统中存在多个敏感负荷时,为了减小重合闸重合失败对用户造成的影响,提出了一种确定各级负荷安装位置及优化重合时序的方法。通过比较目标节点与故障线路之间的互阻抗的大小得出系统中所有线路的重合时序。根据电压暂降幅值百分比划分负荷等级,并给出各级负荷安装点位置图。针对时序存在矛盾的情况,结合一级负荷优先原则以及电压暂降幅值大小作出进一步评估。根据PSCAD/EMTDC仿真结果可知,重合失败时,各级负荷按安装点合理分配并优化重合时序可提高多个敏感负荷上的电压电能质量。
When there are multiple sensitive loads in a power system,a method for determining the installation position of each grade of loads and optimizing the reclose sequence is proposed so as to reduce the impact of a reclose failure on the users.By comparing the mutual impedance between the target node and the fault line,the reclose sequence of all lines in the system is obtained.The load grade is divided according to the percentage of voltage sag,and the location map of installation points for each grade of loads.In view of a contradiction in reclose sequence,a further evaluation is performed by combining the principle of first-order load priority and the magnitude of voltage sag.According to the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation results,when the reclosing fails,the reasonable distribution of each grade of loads according to the installation points and the optimization of reclose sequence enables to improve the voltage and power quality on multiple sensitive loads.
