摘要
茶树花蜜是近年来逐步受到关注的特色蜂蜜品类,具备高附加值和区域品牌优势的潜力。南平市有着历史悠久的蜂蜜产业,全域更广泛分布着以“武夷菜茶”为代表的优质茶树品种,具备发展茶树花蜂蜜的优越资源条件。在此基础上,探讨数字化在蜂蜜产业中的赋能路径,结果表明,整合茶树花蜜源资源,充分利用数字化智慧农业技术,积极发挥政策和品牌叠加效应,可释放出茶树花蜂蜜产业的巨大发展潜力。
Tea tree flower honey has recently emerged as a distinctive honey variety with significant potential for added value and regional branding advantages.Nanping City,with its long history of honey production and the widespread cultivation of high-quality tea tree varieties,such as the renowned“Wuyi Vegetable Tea”,is an ideal location for developing the tea tree flower honey industry.Building on these advantages,this study explores the pathways for digital empowerment in the honey industry.The findings indicate that integrating tea tree flower honey resources,leveraging digital smart agriculture technologies,and actively utilizing policy and branding synergies can unlock significantial growth potential for the tea tree flower honey industry.
