摘要
带式输送机作为矿井中的重要运输设备,其工作性能直接影响矿山的生产效率与安全性。皮带轮轴承作为带式输送机的关键部件,其受力状况直接影响输送机的运行稳定性和使用寿命。文章通过对矿用带式输送机皮带轮轴承结构进行受力分析,研究其在实际工况下的受力特性,并提出优化设计方案,旨在提高设备运行的可靠性,降低故障率。
As an important transportation equipment in the mine,the working performance of belt conveyor directly affects the production efficiency and safety of the mine.As a key component of the belt conveyor,the force condition of the belt pulley bearing directly affects the operation stability and service life of the conveyor.Through the force analysis of the belt pulley bearing structure of the mine belt conveyor,this paper studies its force characteristics under actual working conditions,and proposes an optimization design scheme,aiming to improve the operation reliability of the equipment and reduce the failure rate.
