摘要
目的:观察坤泰胶囊治疗排卵障碍性不孕症临床效果及安全性.方法:选取2022年7月至2024年5月期间本院收治的80例排卵障碍性不孕症患者,随机分为两组(n=40例),对照组口服枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊50 mg治疗,观察组口服枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊联合坤泰胶囊(4粒,Tid).治疗后3 m后比较两组患者治疗效果;以全自动生化分析仪测定黄体生成素(Luteinizing hormone,LH)、卵泡刺激素(Follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)及孕酮(Progesterone,P)等性激素水平,超声测定子宫内膜厚度及最大卵泡直径;同时比较不良反应.结果:观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的LH、FSH、P各项性激素水平均比治疗前显著提升,且观察组的各项性激素水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的子宫内膜厚度及最大卵泡直径均比治疗前显著提升,且观察组的子宫内膜厚度及最大卵泡直径均比对照组显著提高(P<0.05).两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05).结论:排卵障碍性不孕症患者应用坤泰胶囊效果良好,可较好改善患者性激素水平、排卵及子宫内膜情况,治疗安全.
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Kuntai capsules in treating ovulatory infertility.Methods:Eighty patients with ovulatory infertility admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to May 2024 were randomly divided into two groups(n=40).The control group received oral treatment with 50 mg of clomiphene citrate capsules,while the observation group received oral treatment with a combination of clomiphene citrate capsules and Kuntai capsules(4 capsules,Tid).Compare the treatment effects between two groups of patients 3 meters after treatment;Measure the levels of sex hormones such as luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),and progesterone(P)using a fully automated biochemical analyzer,and measure the endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter using ultrasound;Simultaneously compare adverse reactions.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH,FSH,and P sex hormones in both groups were significantly increased compared to before treatment,and the levels of all sex hormones in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter of both groups were significantly increased compared to before treatment,and the endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter of the observation group were significantly increased compared to the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of Kuntai capsules in patients with ovulatory infertility is effective in improving their sex hormone levels,ovulation,and endometrial conditions,and is safe to treat.
