摘要
为加速推进与落实数字化转型,中央企业陆续开展数据湖规划与建设。基于大数据平台和数据资产管理平台,提出并构建数据湖建设的整体解决方案,该方案聚焦数据汇聚、数据治理、安全防护等工作,制定总体思路、技术架构,最终形成“数据汇聚—数据资产化—智能应用”的系统化实施路径。阐述中国中煤“智控”项目数据湖规划与建设实践,企业数据要素整合后的应用场景与效能,以及数据驱动的业务创新与价值释放,为能源行业数字化转型提供具有普适意义的实践参考。
To accelerate and advance the implementation of digital transformation,central enterprises have successively initiated the planning and construction of data lakes.Based on big data platforms and data asset management platforms,this study proposes and constructs an integrated solution for data lake development.Focusing on critical tasks such as data aggregation,data governance,and security protection,the solution formulates overarching strategies and technical architectures,ultimately establishing a systematic implementation path characterized by"data aggregation–data assetization–intelligent application."It elaborates on the practical experiences of data lake planning and construction in China Coal's"Intelligent Control"project,the application scenarios and effectiveness following the integration of enterprise data elements,as well as the achievements in data-driven business innovation and value realization.This work provides a universally applicable practical reference for the digital transformation of the energy industry.
