摘要
针对自动化立体仓库(AS/RS)中相关任务连续堆放的堆垛式仓储系统货位优化问题,以最短运输距离为目标,结合EIQ-ABC分类法建立任务分类模型和仓储系统货位优化模型,并提出一种改进粒子群算法(IPSO)对模型进行求解。针对问题特点,设计交叉编码方式优化搜索空间,并引入符合个体发展的非线性惯性权重因子来设计局部搜索算子,增强局部搜索能力。为避免陷入局部最优、扩大解空间,设计基于迭代贪婪算法的局部破坏与重建机制。通过对比实验验证了所提算法的有效性和优越性。
It addresses the storage location optimization problem in stack-based warehouse systems of automated storage and retrieval systems(AS/RS)for tasks with the objective of minimizing transportation distances.A task classification model and a storage location optimization model are developed by integrating the EIQ-ABC classification method.An improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)algorithm is proposed to solve the model.Firstly,a crossover encoding method is designed to optimize the search space,and tailored to the characteristics of the problem.A nonlinear inertia weight factor that aligns with individual development is introduced to design a local search operator,enhancing local search capabilities and preventing the algorithm from converging to local optima.Additionally,to avoid local optima and expand the solution space,a local destruction and reconstruction mechanism based on an iterative greedy algorithm is implemented.Finally,comparative experiments demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed algorithm.
