摘要
随着AI技术的快速发展,AI生成的垃圾信息日益增多,对个人和社会构成了严重威胁,如何有效治理AI垃圾信息污染,成为当前亟待解决的问题。文章应用文献调研法和归纳演绎法对AI信息污染展开研究。首先,提出AI信息污染的定义、表现形式、特点与危害;其次,指出图书馆在治理AI信息污染中的重要作用:高质量信息的甄别者和筛选者、专业信息素养教育的推广者和可靠学术研究信息的提供者;然后,从信息资源管理、技术应用、用户赋能与服务3个层面提出图书馆治理AI信息污染的策略;最后,提出图书馆治理AI信息污染的未来发展趋势:技术融合趋势、跨领域合作趋势和角色转变趋势。
The rapid development of AI technology has led to a surge in AI-generated junk information,posing significant threats to individuals and society.Effectively addressing the pollution caused by such information has become an urgent challenge.This study employs literature research and inductive-deductive methods to investigate AI information pollution.First,it defines AI information pollution,outlines its manifestations,characteristics,and hazards.Second,it highlights the critical role of libraries in managing AI information pollution as discriminators of high-quality information,promoters of professional information literacy education,and providers of reliable academic research resources.Third,it proposes strategies for libraries to address AI information pollution across three dimensions:information resource management,technological application,and user empowerment and service.Finally,it identifies three future development trends for libraries in this domain:the integration of advanced technological,cross-domain cooperation,and transformation of institutional roles.
