基于图像识别的大中型水电站电气防误系统设计

摘要 为了保证闸门操作到位,达到理想电气防误效果,设计了基于图像识别的大中型水电站电气防误系统。通过图像采集单元、图像处理单元,实现对电气防误图像的特征采集与处理。将防误操作服务器通过CP223以太网通信连接到网络交换机上,判断开关动作序列。将图像转化为二值图像,构建目标图像区域阶段矩阵,分析关键点邻域像素梯度方向分布特性,根据匹配点对图像配准。从配准图像中提取有用特征,使用逻辑回归算法构建防误识别模型,实现电气防误系统设计。由实验结果可知,该系统三次防误操作距离分别限制在3、2、1.5 cm内,与理想限制范围一致,说明使用该系统能够达到理想的防误效果。 In order to ensure the proper operation of the gate and achieve the desired electrical error prevention effect,an image recognition based electrical error prevention system for large and medium-sized hydropower stations was designed.By using image acquisition units and image processing units,feature acquisition and processing of electrical error prevention images are achieved.Connect the anti misoperation server to the network switch through CP223 Ethernet communication and determine the switch action sequence.Convert the image into a binary image,construct a stage matrix for the target image region,analyze the distribution characteristics of pixel gradient directions in the vicinity of key points,and register the image based on matching points.Extract useful features from registered images,use logical regression algorithm to construct an error prevention recognition model,and achieve the design of an electrical error prevention system.According to the experimental results,the three anti misoperation distances of the system are limited to 3,2 and 1.5 cm respectively,which is consistent with the ideal limit range,indicating that the use of the system can achieve the ideal anti misoperation effect.
