摘要
“体医养融合”是治理居民健康的重要措施。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,以协同治理、福利多元主义等为理论基础,探讨社区实施“体医养融合”健康服务的现实挑战和推进路径。研究认为,“体医养融合”健康服务能满足居民多元化、个性化健康需求。但存在“体医养融合”认知不足、部门协同配合不积极、服务资源配置不合理、政策标准不完善等问题。通过培育“体医养融合”理念,营造全民健康参与氛围,注重群体协同,构建立体发展格局,关注要素差异,精准识别居民健康诉求,强化条件与保障,夯实健康服务基础等途径,长期、系统、综合地治理老年人健康问题。
It is an important measure to govern residents'health by"integration of sports,medical care and health care".This research is carried out by methods of literature reviews and logical analysis to explore the realistic challenges and advancement paths of implementing the"integration of sports-medical-nursing care"health services in communities based on theories such as collaborative governance and welfare pluralism.The health service of"integration of sports-medical-nursing care"can meet the diversified and personalized health needs of residents,but it is faced with difficulties such as insufficient awareness of"integration of sports-medical-nursing care",lack of active cooperation among departments,unreasonable allocation of service resources and incomplete policy standards.The following proceeding paths are proposed:cultivating the concept of integration of"sports-medical-nursing care",creating an atmosphere of public participation in health,focusing on group collaboration and establishing a three-dimensional development pattern,paying attention to the differences in elements and accurately identifying the health needs of residents,strengthening conditions and guarantees,and consolidating the foundation of health services,to govern the health problems of the elderly in a long-term,systematic and comprehensive manner.
