摘要
清代花翎具有特殊的政治文化意涵,并且形成了一套灵活的赏赐机制。花翎在调控官员文武才资、引导大臣效力与重整地方秩序等方面发挥了重要的作用。清前期,代表英武勇猛的花翎与官僚政治、冠冕礼制相结合,使得夷夏的身份通过衣冠重整发生转换。乾隆朝出现为儒士词臣赏翎的现象,将赏翎作为笼络手段,推及整个官僚体系,多有臣僚服膺。乾嘉时期,赏翎对象的职务、事务类型逐渐扩大,花翎恩赏的范围从武功拓展到更多切关国事的领域。清代后期,捐花翎与捐科举功名同样成为平息地方混乱的工具。花翎恩赏对象与标准的变化,是清朝国家角色转变的一个缩影。
In the Qing Dynasty,peacock feathers had special political and cultural connotations and provided a flexible reward mechanism.Peacock feathers played an important role in regulating the civil and military talents of officials,incentivizing official effectiveness,and reorganizing local order.In the early Qing dynasty,peacock feathers,which represented bravery,were combined with bureaucratic politics and crown etiquette,which led to the transformation of the identity of the barbarians through the reorganization of clothing.During the Qianlong reign,the phenomenon of rewarding peacock feathers for Confucian scholars and poets appeared.The reward of peacock feathers was used as a means of winning over support,and was extended to the entire bureaucratic system,and many officials followed it.During the Qianlong and Jiaqing periods,the types of positions and affairs that were objects of the peacock feather reward gradually expanded,and the scope of the peacock feather reward expanded from martial arts to more areas related to state affairs.In the late Qing dynasty,peacock feathers selling and office selling became the same tools to quell local chaos.The changes in the objects and standards of the peacock feather reward are a microcosm of the transformation of the Qing dynasty's national role.
