摘要
随着信息技术与建筑行业的深度融合,智慧建筑已成为建筑领域的发展趋势,对信息技术人才的需求也日益增长。本文聚焦智慧建筑信息技术人才培养模式展开研究。通过探讨现有高校与企业内部人才培养模式的现状与问题。从产教融合、课程体系与教学方法改革、实践能力与创新思维培养等方面,提出创新与构建人才培养模式的策略,包括构建产学研用一体化体系、融入新技术优化课程、创新教学方法等,旨在为智慧建筑信息技术人才培养提供有益参考。
With the deep integration of information technology and the construction industry,smart buildings have become a development trend in the field of architecture,and the demand for information technology talents is also increasing day by day.This article focuses on the research of talent cultivation mode for intelligent building information technology.By exploring the current situation and problems of talent cultivation models within universities and enterprises.From the aspects of industry education integration,curriculum system and teaching method reform,practical ability and innovative thinking cultivation,strategies for innovating and constructing talent training models are pro-posed,including building an integrated system of industry university research application,integrating new technologies to optimize courses,innovating teaching methods,etc.,aiming to provide useful references for the training of smart building information technology talents.
