急诊科医疗纠纷管理策略的探讨

摘要 急诊医学处理急危重症患者,但其特殊性导致医疗纠纷发生率居高不下。本文剖析了医疗纠纷的深层原因,包括急诊工作特点、患者及家属特点、医师特点等,并分析了纠纷类型和后果。针对这些问题,提出了一系列管理策略,如精准识别危险因素并采取措施、规范就诊流程、实施急诊管理人性化、加强医患沟通、注重宣传、加强安保机制构建、注重心理护理、完善相应制度与规定等。解决急诊科医疗纠纷需要医院、社会和政府的密切配合,以减少纠纷,确保急诊医疗的顺利与安全。 Emergency medicine deals with critically ill patients,but its particularity leads to a persistently high incidence of medical disputes.This article analyzes the deep-seated causes of medical disputes,including the characteristics of emergency work,the characteristics of patients and their families,the characteristics of doctors,etc.,and analyzes the types and consequences of disputes.In response to these problems,a series of management strategies have been proposed,such as accurately identifying risk factors and taking measures,standardizing the medical treatment process,implementing humanized emergency management,strengthening doctor-patient communication,emphasizing publicity,strengthening the construction of security mechanisms,emphasizing psychological care,and improving corresponding systems and regulations,etc.Resolving medical disputes in the emergency department requires close cooperation among hospitals,society and the government to reduce disputes and ensure the smooth and safe operation of emergency medical care.
