摘要
国内某汽车配件制造厂采购的Grade50热轧卷在加工过程中出现加工开裂问题无法使用。通过对Grade50的加工工艺、生产过程、成分性能、脱碳层数据进行综合分析。结果表明:通过观察结晶器热像图发现该铸坯所对应相图有局部冷点出现,同时观察铸坯表检发现存在局部凹陷,因此判断可能为结晶器有渣条生成导致局部过冷,产生微裂纹。通过金相分析,机体存在脱碳层。已知缺陷卷入炉温度均集中在495~601℃,分析确定是在该温度范围产生相变导致的晶界裂纹导致了后续冲压后表面出现裂纹问题。通过对Grade50成分优化,降低C、Mn含量的同时提升Ti含量,有效的提升了客户端使用效果和材料组织稳定性。
The Grade 50 hot-rolled coil purchased by a domestic automotive parts manufacturer cannot be used due to cracking during processing.The processing technology,production process,composition properties,and decarburization layer data of Grade 50 were comprehensively analyzed in this study.The results showed that:in the thermal image of the crystallizer,there were local cold spots in the phase diagram corresponding to the cast billet,and there were local depressions on the surface of the cast billet.Therefore,it was inferred that it might be due to the generation of slag bars in the crystallizer,which led to localized supercooling and microcracks.Through metallographic analysis,the decarburization layer was found in the matrix.The temperature of the defect rolled into the furnace was mainly concentrated between 495~601℃,indicating that the grain boundary cracks caused by phase transformation in this temperature range led to the subsequent cracking problem on the stamping surface.By optimizing the composition of Grade 50,reducing the content of C and Mn while increasing the content of Ti,the client's performance and material structure stability have been effectively improved.
