热风险视角下的城市通风廊道方案构建

Construction of urban ventilation corridor scheme from the perspective of heat risk

摘要 21世纪以来的快速城镇化带来较多气候环境问题。作为有效的缓解手段,城市通风廊道的合理构建已在学界受到深度关注。从城市热风险视角出发,基于电路模型连通了武汉市都市发展区的作用空间、补偿空间、潜在廊道空间,构建了该尺度下的城市通风廊道方案。结果表明:2007—2023年间武汉市都市发展区内热暴露指数呈现增长趋势,热适应指数和热敏感指数空间分布呈现中心高、外围低的中心外围结构;较高及高热风险地区主要分布于西部及东北地区,且江汉区、硚口区、青山区、江岸区4个区域需要重点关注;通风潜力呈现圈层式分布,自二环核心区向外依次递减;为武汉市都市发展区规划了6条城市通风廊道,其中4条顺应西南风向,2条顺应东南风向。该研究提出的通风廊道构建方法具备视角更综合、针对性更强的技术特点。该研究成果拓展了城市通风廊道研究的理论框架,可为与武汉市类似的存在高温风险的城市规划通风廊道提供科学指导。 The rapid urbanization since the 21st century has brought about many climate and environmental problems.As an effective mitigation means,the rational construction of urban ventilation corridor has attracted deep attention.From the perspective of urban heat risk,this paper connects the function space,compensation space and potential corridor space of Wuhan urban development area based on the circuit model,and constructs the urban ventilation corridor scheme under the scale of urban development area.The conclusions are as follows:the heat exposure index in Wuhan urban development area shows an increasing trend from 2013 to 2023,while the spatial distribution of heat adaptation index and heat sensitivity index present a central high and low peripheral structure.The areas with high and relatively high heat risk in Wuhan urban development area are mainly distributed in the western and northeast areas,and Jianghan District,Qiaokou District,Qingshan District,Jiangan District need to be focused on.The ventilation potential in the urban development area of Wuhan is distributed in a circle type,decreasing successively from the core area of the second ring road.Six urban ventilation corridors are planned for the urban development area of Wuhan city,four of which conform to the southwest wind direction and two conform to the southeast wind direction.Compared with the previous construction path,the ventilation corridor construction method proposed in this paper has a more comprehensive perspective and more targeted technical characteristics.The research results expand the theoretical framework of the research on urban ventilation corridors,and can provide scientific guidance for the planning of ventilation corridors in Wuhan and the cities experiencing similar high heat risks.
