摘要
目的探讨改良“四黄散”治疗急性痛风性关节炎(AGA)的疗效。方法选取2020年9月至2023年8月AGA患者108例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各54例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用改良“四黄散”外敷。比较两组临床疗效、症状体征量化表、实验室指标、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率98.15%,高于对照组总有效率88.89%(P<0.05)。治疗后关节疼痛、肿胀、活动功能优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者红细胞沉降率、血清尿酸和反应蛋白水平下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良“四黄散”用于AGA患者,可缓解关节疼痛程度,降低临床症状评分,改善关节功能和生活质量,具有较好的疗效和安全性。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of modified Sihuang San in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis(AGA).Methods A total of 108 AGA patients admitted between September 2020 and August 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group was additionally treated with topical application of modified Sihuang San.Clinical efficacy,symptom and sign scores,laboratory indicators,quality of life,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group(98.15%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(88.89%,P<0.05).Joint pain,swelling,and mobility improved in both groups post-treatment,with the observation group showing superior outcomes compared to the control group(P<0.05).Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),serum uric acid,and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels decreased in both groups,with lower levels observed in the observation group(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Sihuang San demonstrates significant efficacy and safety in AGA patients,alleviating joint pain,reducing clinical symptom scores,improving joint function and quality of life.
