摘要
[目的]城市轨道交通盾构隧道收敛自动化监测一般采用固定式激光测距仪。当外部注浆加固等施工引起管片扭转变形时,激光光点偏移会导致测线拉长或缩短,引起监测精度逐渐下降,最终造成收敛监测数据异常或频繁误报警。设计了一套新型盾构隧道收敛监测装置和与之配套的测点自复位算法,能够完成无人值守状态下测点自动复位。[方法]介绍了智能激光测距装置的系统结构、设计思路和各部件性能;介绍了该装置自复位算法的技术路线和实现方式;通过试验验证了该装置的有效性。[结果及结论]该装置的激光位移计的测距精度为±1 mm,测点位移微控精度可达毫米级;实验室和隧道真实环境下测点自复位算法执行成功率大于98%;优化后的二级数据通信架构能够实现单台设备秒级响应;优化了现有的数据预报警处置模式。
[Objective]Automated convergence monitoring of urban rail transit shield tunnels generally relies on fixed laser rangefinders.When external grouting reinforcement and other construction activities cause segmental torsion and deformation,laser spot displacement can lead to elongation or shortening of the measurement line,gradually reducing monitoring accuracy and ultimately causing abnormal convergence monitoring data or frequent false alarms.A new type of shield tunnel convergence monitoring device is designed,as well as a corresponding automatic reset algorithm for monitoring points,enabling automatic point resetting under unattended conditions.[Method]The system structure,design concept,and component performance of the intelligent laser rangefinder are introduced.The technical approach and implementation of the device automatic reset algorithm is detailed.Experimental validation is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed device.[Result&Conclusion]The distance measurement accuracy of the laser displacement meter in this device is±1 mm,with a micro-control precision for monitoring point displacement at the millimeter level.The success rate of the automatic reset algorithm exceeds 98%in both laboratory and real tunnel environments.An optimized two-tier data communication architecture enables millisecond-level response for a single device.Additionally,improvements are made to the existing pre-alarm data processing mode.
