摘要
目的探讨位点保存对牙周病患者牙周状况影响的临床分析。方法选取2019年10月至2020年11月于辽阳市第三人民医院确诊并治疗的94例牙周病患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各47例。对照组应用常规拔牙,研究组应用位点保存,比较两组牙槽骨垂直向及水平向骨吸收量水平及牙周情况指标[牙龈指数(gingival index,GI)、牙周探诊深度(periodontal probing depth,PD)及菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)]。结果治疗后,研究组牙槽骨垂直向及水平向骨吸收量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组PD高于对照组,GI、PLI均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予牙周病患者应用位点保存,可有效降低牙槽骨吸收程度,改善牙槽骨宽度及高度,且牙周状况更加理想,更利于后期修复。
Objective To investigate the clinical analysis of the influence of site preservation on the periodontal status of patients with periodontal disease.Methods 94 patients with periodontal disease diagnosed and treated in Third People's Hospital of Liaoyang City from October 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group used routine tooth extraction,and the study group used site preservation.The vertical and horizontal absorption levels of alveolar bone and periodontal indexes(gingival index[GI],periodontal probing depth[PD]and plaque index[PLI])were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the vertical and horizontal bone resorption of alveolar bone in the study group were less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).PD in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and GI and PLI were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying site preservation to patients with periodontal disease can effectively reduce the degree of alveolar bone resorption,so that the width and height of the alveolar bone can be effectively improved,and the periodontal condition is more ideal,which is more conducive to later restoration.
