摘要
随着测序技术的快速发展和测序成本的大大降低,单细胞转录组测序(Single-cell RNA-sequencing,scRNA-seq)技术已经广泛应用于猪的疾病免疫、繁殖育种、骨骼肌发育、脂肪沉积等方面。scRNA-seq是在单细胞水平上对RNA进行高通量测序和分析的新技术,能更全面、清晰地解析细胞间的异质性。本文简述了scRNA-seq技术的原理和检测分析方法,并综述了该技术在养猪生产中的应用,旨在为猪遗传基础研究提供参考。
With the rapid development of sequencing technology and the greatly reduced of sequencing costs,single-cell RNA-sequencing technology has been widely used in studies of disease immunity,reproductive breeding,skeletal muscle development and fat deposition in pig production.Single-cell RNA-sequencing is a new technology for high-throughput sequencing and analysis of RNA at the single-cell level,which can resolve the inter-cell heterogeneity more comprehensively and clearly.In this paper,we briefly introduce the principle,detection and analysis methods of this technology and review its applications in pig production with the aim of providing a reference for the basic research of pig genetics.
