摘要
介绍一起曝气管爆炸事故,分析事故的直接原因和间接原因,指出《特种设备目录》外工业管道安全监管存在的问题,探讨《特种设备目录》外工业管道安全监管工作建议,以期为《特种设备目录》外工业管道设计、制造、安装、使用管理的全生命周期安全管理提供参考。
This paper Introduces an explosion accident of an aeration piping.The direct and indirect causes of the accident are analyzed.The problems in the safety supervision of industrial piping outside the Special Equipment Catalog are pointed out.Suggestions for the safety supervision of industrial piping outside the Special Equipment Catalog are explored,in order to provide reference for the full life cycle safety management of the design,manufacturing,installation,and use management of industrial piping outside the Special Equipment Catalog.
