摘要
随着海洋油气资源勘探开发力度增大,南海深水钻井总体呈现向深、向远的发展趋势,表层进尺平均加深33%~100%。随着进尺增加,下部地层压实程度增加,导致地层可钻性变差、机械钻速低,常规技术措施无法满足深水钻井降本、提速、提效需求。提出一套可有效应对深水表层钻井提速的技术措施,分别从井身结构、钻具组合及钻井参数、喷射PDC钻头3个方面提出了具体的优化措施,该技术已在南海十余口深水井作业现场实践,表层二开平均机械钻速提高了185%,该技术方案具有良好的推广应用价值。
With the increasing efforts in the exploration and development of Marine oil and gas resources,deepwater drilling in the South China Sea generally shows a development trend towards deeper and farther areas.The average depth of the surface layer is increased by 33%to 100%.With the increase of footage,the compaction degree of the lower formation increases,resulting in poor formation drillability and low mechanical drilling rate.Conventional technical measures cannot meet the requirements of cost reduction,speed increase and efficiency improvement in deepwater drilling.A set of technical measures that can effectively deal with the acceleration of deepwater surface drilling was proposed.Specific optimization measures were put forward respectively from three aspects:wellbore structure,drill tool combination and drilling parameters,and jet PDC drill bits.This technology has been practiced at more than ten deep water well operation sites in the South China Sea.The average mechanical drilling rate of surface secondary drilling has increased by 185%,Therefore,this technical scheme has good economic benefits and application value.
