摘要
目的探究妇产科护理人员应用临床案例导向型护理管理模式的效果。方法选取2022年5月—2024年6月浙江大学医学院附属妇产科医院吉林医院在职护理人员12名,根据时间不同分为管理前(2022年5月—2023年5月)实施传统管理模式,管理后(2023年6月—2024年6月)实施临床案例导向型护理管理模式,对比护理人员管理前后评判性思维、核心胜任力以及职业获益感。结果管理后护理人员评判性思维能力评分、职业获益感评分均高于管理前,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后护理人员专业能力为(15.54±1.61)分、管理技能为(31.04±1.35)分、个体特质为(17.43±1.47)分、人际关系为(7.41±1.28)分均高于管理前的(13.46±1.62)分、(28.41±1.44)分、(15.34±1.44)分、(6.32±1.19)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.155,4.616,3.518,2.160;P均<0.05)。结论妇产科护理人员应用临床案例导向型护理管理模式,可有效改善护理人员评判性思维、提高核心胜任力、强化职业获益感。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical case-oriented nursing management model applied by obstetrics and gynecology nurses.Methods A total of twelve on-the-job nurses from Zhejiang University School of Medicine Affiliated Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Jilin Hospital from May 2022 to June 2024 were selected and recorded as the traditional management mode before management(May 2022 to May 2023),after the management(June 2023 to June 2024),the clinical case-oriented nursing management model was implemented.The critical thinking,core competence and sense of career benefit of nursing staff before and after management were compared.Results The scores of critical thinking ability and sense of career benefit of nursing staff after management were higher than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After the management,the scores of professional ability,management skills,personal characteristics and interpersonal relationship of nursing staff were 15.54±1.61,31.04±1.35,17.43±1.47 and 7.41±1.28,which were higher than 13.46±1.62,28.41±1.44,15.34±1.44 and 6.32±1.19 before the management,the differences were statistically significant(t=3.155,4.616,3.518,2.160;all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical case-oriented nursing management model can effectively improve the critical thinking,enhance the core competence and strengthen the sense of professional benefit of the nursing staff in obstetrics and gynecology.
