火力发电厂汽轮机驱动给水泵节能研究

摘要 为研究火力发电厂汽轮机驱动给水泵节能问题,文章采用理论结合实践的方法,面对节能改造面临的难点,分析了节能改造的方法和效果。结果表明,以汽轮机驱动给水泵,可充分利用锅炉富余蒸汽或抽凝机组的汽源,减少电能消耗,同时提高热能利用率。但在实际运行中受到系统设计不够优化、设备老化以及运行管理不足等因素的影响,导致能耗高于理论值。为有效解决这一问题,需通过优化设计、应用变频技术、规范运行管理等措施进行升级改造,以最大限度提升汽轮机驱动给水泵节能效果。 In order to study the energy saving problem of steam turbine driven feed pump in thermal power plant,the method of combining theory with practice is adopted,facing the difficulties of energy saving transformation,the method and effect of energy saving transformation are analyzed.The results show that the feed pump driven by the steam turbine can make full use of the surplus steam or the steam source of the pumping unit to reduce the energy consumption and improve the utilization rate of heat energy.However,in the actual operation,influenced by insufficient optimization of system design,equipment aging and insufficient operation management,the energy consumption in the actual operation is higher than the theoretical value.In order to solve this problem effectively,it is necessary to upgrade and transform by optimizing the design,applying the frequency conversion technology,and standardizing the operation management,so as to maximize the energy saving effect of the steam turbine driven feed pump.
