摘要
为研究预应力锚索在张拉过程中锚岩界面应力分布特征以及影响锚固体抗拔承载力的控制因素,本文对传统的cable单元进行改进,实现了锚岩界面三线性黏结-滑移模型的二次开发,揭示了全长黏结锚固体锚岩界面应力分布特征存在始端大、尾端小的分布特点,但是随着拉拔荷载的不断增大,始端剪应力先增大至黏结强度后又逐渐降低至残余强度,剪应力峰值位置渐进后移,最终锚岩界面的剪应力均降低至残余剪应力。通过比较不同水泥砂浆配合比下全长黏结锚固体的极限抗拔承载力,发现极限抗拔承载力和残余强度呈正相关,继而探究了锚索承载力和锚岩界面渐进脱黏破坏的内在联系。研究结果可为锚索支护设计提供参考。
In order to study the stress distribution characteristics of anchor‑rock interface during the tensioning process of prestressed anchor cable and the control factors affecting the pullout bearing capacity of the bolt-grouting body,this paper was dedicated to enhancing the fraditional cable unit,and realized the secondary development of the trilineer bond-slip model of anchor-rock interface,which reveals the stress distribution characteristics of the anchor-rock interface of the full-length bonded anchor.The distribution of shear stress is large at the beginning and small at the end,but with the increasing pullout load,the shear stress at the beginning first increases to the bond strength and then gradually decreases to the residual strength, and the location of the peak shear stress gradually shifts backward, andfinally the shear stress at the interface of the anchor and rock is reduced to the residual shear stress. By comparing theultimate pullout capacity of full-length bonded anchors with different cement mortar ratios, a positive correlation wasfound between the ultimate pullout capacity and the residual strength, and then the intrinsic connection between theanchor cable capacity and the progressive debonding damage at the anchor-rock interface was investigated. The resultscan provide reference for the design of anchor cable support.
