基于复合模型的生态茶园服务价值综合评价

Integrated Assessment of the Service Value of Ecological Tea Gardens Based on Composite Models

摘要 在现有生态建设相关学术研究基础上,构建适用于生态茶园综合评价体系,并使用2019—2023年广东省某市生态茶园发展有关数据进行综合评价,为生态茶园建设提供实践指导与理论依据。运用CRITIC方法确定评价指标权重,基于TOPSIS方法建立生态茶园评价模型,利用Hurst指数评估生态茶园的可持续性。识别到13个能够反映生态茶园综合建设项目的评价指标,其中排名前三的指标分别为茶园面积增幅、茶叶品牌价值增幅、茶叶产值增幅,各自权重分别为0.117 89、0.107 55和0.106 95,是评价生态茶园建设的关键因素。结果表明,广东省该市生态茶园建设保持着良好发展态势并取得明显建设成效,建设等级一直保持在Ⅱ等级。CRITIC-TOPSIS-R/S模型能有效评价生态茶园建设水平,评价结果与实际发展情况相符;广东省该市的生态茶园建设效果持续向好,并呈现一定的长期相关性和可持续性。 On the basis of existing academic research on ecology construction,a comprehensive evaluation system applicable to ecological tea gardens is constructed,and relevant data on the development of ecological tea gardens in a city in Guangdong province from 2019 to 2023 is used for comprehensive evaluation,providing practical guidance and theoretical foundation for the construction of ecological tea gardens.Using CRITIC method to determine the weight of evaluation indicators,establishing an ecological tea garden evaluation model based on the TOPSIS method,and evaluating the sustainability of ecological tea gardens using Hurst index.Thirteen evaluation indicators reflecting the comprehensive construction projects of ecological tea gardens were identified,among which the top three indicators were the increase in tea garden area,the increase in tea brand value,and the increase in tea output value,with weights of 0.11789,0.10755,and 0.10695,respectively,which are key factors for evaluating the construction of ecological tea gardens.Based on the comprehensive evaluation system,the comprehensive evaluation results show that the ecological tea garden construction in the city of Guangdong province has maintained a good development trend and achieved significant construction results,with a construction level consistently maintained at level II.The CRITIC-TOPSIS-R/S model can effectively evaluate the level of ecological tea garden construction,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual development situation;The construction effect of ecological tea gardens in this city of Guangdong province continues to improve,and shows a certain long-term correlation and sustainability.
