摘要
为推动宁夏地区零碳建筑发展,本研究以宁夏银川市某职业技术学院教学综合楼为例,分析了宁夏地区推动零碳建筑发展的关键技术路径,并用PKPM-PHEnergy模拟软件对该案例进行了超低能耗模拟计算,验证了其可行性。本案例以被动式设计为主、主动式技术为辅,以可再生能源的利用为实现零碳建筑的关键技术路径。研究结果表明,超低能耗建筑关键技术能够大幅度降低建筑负荷和建筑能耗综合值,可为宁夏地区零碳建筑的推广提供帮助。
This study promotes the development of zero-carbon buildings in Ningxia region by analysing a teaching complex building at a vocational college in Yinchuan.The research identifies key technological pathways for zero-carbon buildings and conducts ultra-low energy consumption simulations using PKPM-PHEnergy software to verify feasibility.The design primarily employs passive strategies supplemented by active technologies,with renewable energy systems as the core solution.Simulation results demonstrate that ultra-low energy technologies significantly reduce building loads and integrated energy consumption,providing technical support for zero-carbon building promotion in Ningxia region.
