摘要
通过比较历代名家对《咳论》中肺咳与五脏咳的认识,梳理经络之间的联系,结合徐灵胎的相关主张及《内经》有关内容,探讨发现咳嗽的产生多在于肝肺胃三者气机逆乱,而其根源在于寒热失宜而肝肺胃失其所养。针对于此,徐灵胎提出以清润为主,施以清降之法,使气从以顺,升降相得,从根源上恢复三者的平衡而使咳嗽自解。面对现代多饮食无节伤于脾胃,起居无常等伤于肝的现象,为临床部分内伤咳嗽的辨治提供理论借鉴,丰富治疗思路。
By comparing the understanding of the lung cough and the five viscera cough in Cough Theory,combing the connection between the meridians,combined with the relevant propositions of XU Lingtai and the relevant content of i nternal Classics,it is explored that the production of cough is mostly in liver,lung and stomach,and the root is disharmony of cold and heat and liver,lung and stomach lose the nourishment.In view of this,XU Lingtai proposed to clear and moisten by he method of clearing and descending,so that Qi movement is normal,making the cough self-solution from the root cause.In the face of modern diet injury to spleen and stomach,daily life and other injuries to liver,it provides theoretical reference for the treatment of clinical internal injury cough,and enriches the treatment ideas.
