摘要
工业软件是对工业技术和知识的程序化封装复用,是现代工业的“灵魂”。当前国际工业软件巨头加速并购步伐,持续打造软硬协同一体化生态系统,超前谋划布局人工智能等新兴技术,抢占未来发展制高点。分析国际工业软件巨头的并购模式和演进路径,研究并购战略给工业软件业务模式、市场竞争、行业未来发展格局带来的影响,对于指引我国工业软件发展具有重要意义。围绕完善顶层政策设计、加强供需结对和技术攻关、优化产业生态等方面提出对策建议,可为加快推动我国工业软件产业高质量发展提供参考。
Industrial software represents the programmatic encapsulation and reuse of industrial technologies and knowledge,serving as the"soul"of modern industry.Currently,international industrial software giants are accelerating mergers and acquisitions(M&A)to continuously develop integrated software-hardware ecosystems,while proactively deploying emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence to seize strategic advantages in future development.A systematic analysis of the merger and acquisition models and evolutionary trajectories of leading international industrial software enterprises,along with an in-depth study of the impacts of M&A strategies on business models,market competition,and the future landscape of the industrial software sector,is of critical importance for informing and guiding the development of China’s industrial software industry.The countermeasures are proposed focusing on improving toplevel policy design,strengthening supply-demand collaboration and technological breakthroughs,and optimizing industrial ecosystems,providing reference for accelerating the high-quality development of China's industrial software industry.
