摘要
目的探讨丹红联合依达拉奉右莰醇(ED)对急性脑梗死(ACI)的神经功能及血液流变学的影响。方法选择2023年5月至2024年3月90例ACI住院患者,按随机数字表法将其分为丹红组(DH组)、ED组、丹红+ED组(联合组),每组30例。在抗血小板聚集、降脂稳定斑块、控制血压、血糖等常规治疗基础上,DH组、ED组、联合组分别再予丹红(每天1次)、ED(每天2次)、ED联合丹红(每天1次)静脉滴注,均连续治疗14 d。比较3组患者治疗前后血清生化及血液流变学指标、NHISS评分和治疗效果。结果治疗后,联合组血清hs-CRP、TC、LDL、NIHSS水平、血浆比黏度、全血比黏度、血细胞比容水平低于ED组和DH组(P<0.05),HDL水平、总有效率高于ED组和DH组(P<0.05)。结论丹红联合ED注射液治疗ACI可更好地降低ACI患者的血脂及炎症水平、增加其血液灌注和血流动力,促进其神经功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the effects of Danhong injection combined with edaravone dexborneol(ED)on neurological function and hemorheological parameters in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 90 ACI patients hospitalized between May 2023 and March 2024 were randomly allocated using the random number table method into 3 groups:the Danhong(DH)group receiving Danhong injection monotherapy,the ED group administered ED alone,and the Danhong+ED(combination)group receiving dual therapy,with 30 cases per group.All patients received standard management including antiplatelet aggregation,lipid-lowering and plaque stabilization,blood pressure/glucose control,followed by group-specific interventions:the DH group was administered Danhong Injection(once daily intravenous infusion),the ED group received ED(twice daily intravenous infusion),and the combination group underwent concurrent ED(once daily)plus Danhong(once daily)therapy,with all regimens lasting 14 consecutive days.Comparative analysis encompassed serum biochemical parameters,hemorheological indicators,NIHSS scores,and therapeutic efficacy across the 3 groups before and after treatment.Results Following the intervention,the combination group demonstrated lower levels of hs-CRP,TC,LDL,NIHSS scores,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,and hematocrit compared to both the ED and Danhong monotherapy groups(P<0.05).Concurrently,the combination group exhibited higher HDL levels and superior total therapeutic response rates relative to the comparator groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined administration of Danhong injection with ED may demonstrate enhanced therapeutic effects in ACI,potentially contributing to reduced serum lipid profiles and inflammatory markers,improved hemodynamic perfusion parameters,and facilitated neurological functional recovery.
