摘要
近年来高层建筑外墙外保温系统火灾频发,造成了严重的损失。本文就某高层EPS板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统火灾事故,深入剖析原因。抽检结果表明,该工程EPS保温板虽可燃性与单体燃烧满足B1级要求,但部分样品氧指数未达规范要求,存在安全隐患;该建筑特殊的夹道结构形成了封闭空间和“烟囱效应”;另外,动火作业管理不善、人员安全意识淡薄是本次事故发生并造成严重后果的重要因素。鉴于此,提出从基层处理、保温层修复加强到防护层与饰面层修复的一系列针对性修复策略,旨在恢复外墙保温功能、保障建筑安全,并为外墙外保温系统技术改进提供参考依据。
In recent years,there have been frequent fires in the external insulation systems of high-rise buildings,causing serious losses.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the causes of a fire accident involving a thin plastering exterior wall insulation system using EPS boards in a high-rise building.Sampling inspection result shows that although the EPS insulation board in this project meets the B1 level requirements for flammability and individual combustion,some samples have oxygen indices that do not meet the regulatory requirements,posing a safety hazard;The special aisle structure of the building forms a closed space and a"chimney effect";In addition,poor management of hot work operations and weak safety awareness among personnel were important factors contributing to the occurrence and serious consequences of this accident.In view of this,a series of targeted repair strategies are proposed,including grassroots treatment,strengthening of insulation layer repair,and repairing of protective and decorative layers,aiming to restore the insulation function of exterior walls,ensure building safety,and provide reference for the technical improvement of exterior wall insulation systems.
