摘要
本文总结1例脑卒中气管切开术后患者肺康复护理经验。科室成立肺康复多学科协作团队,通过构建"评估-干预-再评估"动态循环模式,实施呼吸功能动态评估与精准干预;持续气道管理,动态调整气道廓清方案;实施阶梯式肺康复训练,改善肺功能;中医联合疗法干预顽固性呃逆,改善患者的营养状况;实施吞咽功能训练,减少或预防显性或隐形误吸,提高患者生活质量。
This paper summarized the pulmonary rehabilitation nursing management for a stroke patient after tracheotomy.Key issues of perioperative nursing included:Establishment of a multidisciplinary team and constructing a dynamic model of assessment-intervention-reassessment to achieve the dynamic monitoring of pulmonary functions;Continuous airway management with dynamic adjustment of airway clearance therapy;Implementation of stepped pulmonary rehabilita⁃tion to improve lung function;integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment and nutrition support;Swallowing function training to prevent the apparent and potential risk of aspiration,thereby improving the quality of life during the treatment.
