摘要
浅埋城市隧道在运营中难免遇到病害,病害严重时可能造成列车限速乃至危及行车安全。以某寒区隧道的病害问题为依托,通过地质资料分析、CPⅢ测量、隧道地表监测、隧道裂缝观测、表观病害检测、轨道平顺性检测、数值模拟等手段,对隧道衬砌产生裂缝的原因进行分析,同时对其运营状态的安全性进行评估。经过分析得出3条变形缝处环向道床贯通性裂缝是下穿高速公路地面荷载、地下结构突变、隧道渗漏泄水引起固结沉降、温度等综合因素共同作用形成。目前隧道病害还未影响安全,隧道整体初步判定为C级(影响较小)。根据病害情况出具针对整治措施,“拱堵墙排”,变形缝位置采用柔性材料堵漏,加强监视,保证情况可控。
Shallow buried urban tunnels are inevitably prone to diseases during operation,and severe diseases may cause train speed limits and even endanger driving safety.Focusing on the disease problem of a tunnel in a cold region,the causes of cracks in the tunnel lining were analyzed through geological data analysis,CPⅢmeasurement,surface monitoring above the tunnel,tunnel crack observation,apparent disease detection,track smoothness detection,numerical simulation,etc.At the same time,the safety of its operating status was evaluated.After analysis,it was found that the through cracks in the circumferential track bed at the three deformation joints are formed by a combination of factors such as ground loads when passing through highways,sudden changes in underground structures,consolidation settlement caused by tunnel leakage and seepage,and temperature.At present,the tunnel diseases have not affected safety,and the overall preliminary judgment of the tunnel is level C(with relatively small impact).Targeted remediation measures based on the disease situation are proposed such as"arch blockage,side wall drainage",using flexible materials to seal the deformation joints and strengthening monitoring,to make the situation under control.
