不同配比固废胶凝材料抗压强度研究

摘要 采用价格相对低廉的胶凝材料(电石渣、矿粉、熟石灰)代替水泥,进行固废胶凝材料抗压强度试验。试验研究表明,混合土的强度均随时间增长而增加。相同原料配比条件下,熟石灰和矿粉按照1∶1配比等量代替水泥较电石渣和矿粉按照1∶1配比等量代替水泥制成的混合土强度高,但二者强度均略低于传统水泥混凝土。提高矿粉掺量占比后,强度会大幅度提高。但是,同时提高熟石灰和矿粉掺量占比或电石渣和矿粉掺量占比后,混合土强度不会大幅提高,甚至略有降低。电石渣或熟石灰、矿粉、细石、砂、水制成的混合土施工和易性、保水性与水泥混凝土具有相似性。研究成果可以为固废胶凝材料在基坑支护面层施工、市政道路预制砌块制作等对混凝土强度要求低的领域中应用提供依据,有一定的现实意义。 It uses relatively inexpensive cementitious materials(carbide slag,mineral powder,hydrated lime)instead of cement to conduct compressive strength tests on solid waste cementitious materials.The experimental results show that the strength of the mixed soil increases with time.Under the same raw material ratio conditions,the mixture of hydrated lime:mineral powder in a 1∶1 ratio instead of cement has higher strength than the mixture of carbide slag:mineral powder in a 1∶1 ratio instead of cement,but both have slightly lower strength than traditional cement concrete.After increasing the proportion of mineral powder content,the strength will be significantly improved.However,increasing the proportion of hydrated lime and mineral powder or the proportion of carbide slag and mineral powder at the same time will not significantly improve the strength of the mixed soil,and even slightly decrease.The construction workability and water retention of mixed soil made from calcium carbide slag or hydrated lime,mineral powder,sand,fine stone,and water are similar to those of cement concrete.The research results can provide a basis for the application of solid waste cementitious materials in the construction of foundation pit support surface layers with low concrete strength requirements,and the production of municipal road prefabricated blocks,which has certain practical significance.
